Accessing the eCatalog
Users can access the application in different ways depending on their organization’s setup.
Access Methods
Azure Access (Vendors and Some Customers)
Users receive an invitation via email and access the application through a vendor-specific URL.
To access the application:
- Accept the Azure invitation sent to your email
- Open the provided URL
- Sign in using your Azure credentials
EDI or Procurement Portal (Customers)
Some customers access the application through their EDI or procurement system.
- Navigate to the application through your organization’s portal
- Follow your internal process to launch the application
Signing In
Once you have accessed the application, you will be directed to the sign-in page.
Enter your credentials and sign in to continue.

Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you are unable to access the application:
- Azure invitation not received
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Contact your organization’s administrator
- Azure invitation expired
- Request a new invitation from your administrator
- Incorrect or missing URL
- Confirm you are using the correct link
- Access via EDI not working
- Contact your organization’s support team
- Login issues
- Use Azure password reset or contact your IT department
