Getting Started

This section helps you begin using the eCatalog & Drawings Online Application. Follow the steps below to access the system and start browsing products.

Accessing the Application

Users can access the application in different ways depending on their role and setup:

  • Vendors – Access via an Azure invitation and vendor-specific URL
  • Customers (Azure Access) – Access via an Azure invitation and login
  • Customers (EDI Portal) – Access via their EDI or procurement portal

Once access is granted, open the application and sign in using your assigned credentials.

Selecting a Customer and Site

After signing in, you will be prompted to select a customer and customer site.

  • Use the search box to find a customer or site
  • Select the required option to continue

Once selected, you will be directed to the Products screen.

Next Steps

  • Browse product categories
  • Search for specific items
  • View product details
  • Add items to your cart
