Signing-In Overview

Use the Sign-In page to access the eCatalog & Drawings Online Application.


Sign-In Steps

  • Open the application using your vendor-specific URL
  • On the Sign-In page, click Sign In
  • Enter your Azure email and password when prompted
  • Complete the sign-in process

Once signed in, you will be directed to the customer and site selection screen.

Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues

If you are unable to sign in:

  • Incorrect credentials
    • Check your email and password
    • Use the Azure password reset option if needed
  • Access not granted
    • Ensure you have accepted your Azure invitation
    • Contact your organization’s administrator
  • Incorrect URL
    • Confirm you are using the correct application link
  • Sign-in page not loading
    • Try a different supported browser
    • Check your internet connection
